Not long time ago I learnt that silence is better than unnecessary drama. I know it sounds basis but it’s vital skill in late twenties that I didn’t have.
I used to speak load and always try to prove that I’m right. Obviously it 2as harmful for mental health as well as for the relationship. Now I prefer to stand up and go another room when someone try to destroy my inner balance. After a few time I stopped feeling uncomfortable that I may offend someone. And it’s became my new norm.
