I do my best not to criticize people too much in my blog. But sometimes I can’t. Every day I meet (obviously online nowadays) many people who work just enough not to get fired. They have zero interest in what they are doing. But they also have zero interest in changing job.
Most people work just hard enough not to get fired and get paid just enough money not to quit.
As a result work done but no progress if not to push them to do progress. Also they believe that they should be paid more. But payment equal to generated value.
How do you deal with employees with zero motivation?
