You know what is right for you. But you prefer to to what is easy: eat junk food, snooze alarm, come late, delay tasks, etc. You must learn to overcome your desire to to easy things. One of the best strategy is 5 second rule: count 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and Go (physically move towards what you need to do). By doing this you will stop your brain from thought like “should I do it?”, “I’ll do it later”…
