Do you think about work outside of the office? Or you work from home (coronavirus) and you don’t have clear difference between you in office and you at home? Same with too much of studying. Actually this is with everything that comes under category “too much”.
It’s hard to stop thinking about what’s bothering you but you must learn it. Every evening give yourself time to relax from work/study related stress. You will do soo much better in life.
