Motivation is not long lasting. Habits are long lasting. Instead of searching for daily dose of motivational quotes you should relay on power of habits.

Only 1% improvement per day will make you better 37 times just in one year. Daily habits it’s a new game changing plan. For example. Coding daily for 1 hour will make your progress faster than coding 7 hours in a day once per week. Exercising daily for 30 minutes is better than twice per week. Simple habits = enormous results.
