It might sound like a cliche, but you are success when around you successful people. Somehow success lead to more successful. Same with doing nothing. Laziness leads to more laziness.

“You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with,”

If in your inner circle 5 successful people than for probably you are successful too. If in your inner circle 5 people who don’t do well in life, than you are also not doing well in life. When you grow your friends, colleagues and partners circle drastically change. So you can’t be CEO surrounded by people in who’s life nothing happens.
