9 steps for everyday self-care

Here’s 9 simple steps for daily self-care :

  1. 9999 steps every day. Just keep moving. Even in office walk from wall to wall. You will stay in good physical shape.
  2. Minimum of 8 hours of continues sleep. Rest enough, don’t overuse your body.
  3. Minimum 7 glasses of water per day. Hydration is a key to long lasting beauty.
  4. At least 6 minutes meditation per day. Just stop and give yourself a few minutes of nirvana.
  5. 5 serving of fruits & vegetables per day. Healthy diet is a key to your happiness.
  6. 4 breaks and relaxation moments per day. Grab a cup of tea & coffee and enjoy.
  7. 3 healthy meals & 3 healthy snacks. Eat well because it’s a fuel for your achievements.
  8. 2 hours of no phone use. Spend quality time with our loved one of friends.
  9. 1 session of exercise. Keep moving!

This list is super informative but in modern life it’s hard to stick to it every day. Try to take care about your body to be able to enjoy your life the most.
