Between me and coffee is mutual lifelong love. Starbucks has become my go-to-place frequently every week. Recently I’ve seen many negative articles and videos , which mentioned that you have to give up Starbucks coffee to save money. So far I haven’t seen anyone who became rich by not going to Starbucks or any other coffee shop.

I don’t believe that a few dollars will change my future and I don’t believe that it will make any difference. I don’t drink alcohol, I don’t party and there’s not many ways how I spend money. For me coffee invitation from husband is like a date. I always order a soya latte and only twice per year I order cake 🍰… Ohh, I have a reward card and on every 10 points I get a free drink (I know I’ve paid for it) and only than I enjoy their new fancy drinks.

I concentrated on making more money and I stopped over analyzing small purchases which brings me joy. If coffee brings me pleasure than why it’s treated as a waste of money?

Also if I’m not gonna spend money then how Starbucks will earn? 😄 Or how economy will grow?
