Our believes shape our future. If we believe that everything gonna be great, than it will be. If we believe that bad situations is our future, than it will be. It’s not new statement but absolutely true.
We are okay to spend hours in bad mood because of some worthless situation. For example there’s 86400 seconds in 24 hours. Situation which upset us mostly do not last longer that 10 second. Because of spoiled 10 seconds we allow ourselves to waste rest 86390 seconds. Bad mood behavior after short period of time emerge as behavior pattern.
Negative behavior patterns work as limiting believes: self-doubt, questioning of self worthiness, etc. Instead of thinking rationally we follow emotions and permit ourselves to fall in trap of bad mood.
